Registration Deadlines

Campers must be registered by 5:00 pm, the Thursday prior to the session start date to avoid the $25 late fee.

How To Register

• ONLINE:  An account with User ID and password is required to access the system.
• IN-PERSON: Community Recreation Center, 100 Community Boulevard, Wheeling. Please check our current CRC Guest Service hours.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance may be available to Wheeling Park District residents. Please call 847-465-3333 with questions or to learn more about the program.

Camp Refund Policy

To withdraw from a session of camp and receive a refund, a request must be submitted by 5:00 pm the Thursday prior to the start of the session. A $25 per camper service charge is applied to all refund requests.

Health & Safety Guidelines

All camp procedures and activities will follow the Illinois Department of Public Health, Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, and the Center for Disease Control guidelines.
